ELIGIBILITY

Freshers or candidates with 6 months–1 year experience in Telecalling / Customer Support
Good communication skills in Hindi
Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
Target-oriented and confident personality

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to customers
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Conduct regular customer follow-ups
Maintain and update customer records
Ensure a positive customer experience
Achieve daily calling targets

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Freshers: ₹14,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives

Experienced: ₹16,000 CTC + Attractive Incentives
