 Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-driven automation within ServiceNow

• Develop and implement AI Agents, Agentic AI, GenAI and intelligent automation solutions for ITSM and ITOM

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations and automation across ITSM, ITOM and CMDB

• Implement AI-driven automation, predictive insights, intelligent incident routing and self-service solutions

• Configure and customize CMDB, Discovery, Event Management and other ITOM capabilities

• Develop ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes and workflows

• Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders, operational teams and architects on solution design and implementation

• Identify opportunities to use AI/ML and GenAI to improve service operations and incident management

• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security, governance, performance and scalability best practices

• Troubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve existing ServiceNow applications and integrations
