About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Senior Analyst to run daily logistics operations across Shipwell, Grove, and DAT. You will also act as the link between end users and platform development, defining requirements and testing features for the Grove platform, including the Nexus Chatbot, ZED, and Supply Command modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics operations: Manage daily work across Shipwell, Grove, and DAT. Keep shipment and order data accurate, maintain Routing Guides in line with carrier commitments, and resolve pipeline exceptions with internal stakeholders.
  

• Carrier procurement: Run multi-lane dry van RFP cycles (most recently 57 lanes). Manage bid collection and evaluation in Shipwell, draft carrier communications, and validate bid documentation for accuracy.
  

• Platform and product support: Write feature requirements for Grove (Map, Communication Center, contact profiles). Test the Nexus Chatbot and escalate defects with reproducible detail. Propose workflow and navigation improvements across modules. Author structured tickets (Title, Type, Description, Current Behavior, Expected Behavior, Acceptance Criteria).
  

• Reporting and communication: Send daily operational updates by platform to leadership, maintain process and routing documentation, and coordinate with operations, product, and vendor teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  

• Mandatory Netsuite Implementation experience is required
  

• Hands-on experience with a TMS (Shipwell or equivalent) and a load board (DAT or equivalent)
  

• Experience managing carrier procurement, including RFP administration and bid evaluation
  

• Strong written communication for internal reporting and carrier correspondence
  

• Ability to turn operational needs into clear product specs and acceptance criteria
  

Preferred

• Experience as the business-side counterpart to a product or engineering team
  

• Familiarity with supplier onboarding and purchase order lifecycles
  

• QA or UAT experience with internal platforms, including AI-assisted tools
  

Nice to Have

• Paper or packaging industry experience
  

• Familiarity with OCR and document processing (confidence scores, bounding boxes, extraction workflows)
  

• Hands-on Odoo experience
  

• Exposure to varied business document formats and industry terminology
  

Work Environment
You will work mainly in the Grove web app, Odoo 18 ERP, and customer PDFs. No coding, infrastructure, or database access is required. Expect about 200 documents per week for human review, some overlap with US Eastern hours, and a two-week onboarding on Grove, the ZED pipeline, and SOPs.

Working Commitment

● Workload: Approximately 200 documents per week requiring human review, depending on business volume.

● Time Zone: Some overlap with US Eastern business hours may be required.

● Onboarding: Two-week onboarding covering the Grove platform, ZED pipeline, and standard operating procedures.

Interview Process

● Screening Round: Once you apply, you will get an email and within 4–5 days you will hear from our recruitment team asking you some basic questions.

● First Interview: Post that, an interview will be scheduled with a Technical Manager within the next 3–4 days.

● Second Interview: If the first interview is cleared then, a second interview will be conducted with the senior leader within 1–2 days.

● Timeline: The entire process from screening round to final decision will be completed within 2 weeks.
