Kerry Robert Associates are representing a key client who are looking for an experienced Hotel Payroll Manager to join a prestigious property, taking full responsibility for payroll within a busy, fully self-accounting hotel. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you’ll be the go-to expert for accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing the full end-to-end UK payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Overseeing payroll reporting, reconciliations, pensions, HMRC submissions and statutory payments.
Managing service charge calculations and payments.
Working closely with Finance and hotel department heads to resolve queries and improve processes.
Keeping up to date with UK payroll legislation and ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

Proven experience managing UK payroll within a hotel environment - this is essential.
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pensions, tax and statutory requirements.
Experience with Fourth Hospitality would be a real advantage.
Excellent Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to manage payroll independently.
A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

Benefits

Salary range from £50,000 to £55,000.
