DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Personal Growth & Professional Development Specialist who values continuous learning and enjoys connecting with people who are exploring new possibilities in their professional and personal lives.

This remote, contract-based role involves engaging in one-to-one conversations with individuals interested in personal and professional development, understanding their goals, sharing information about established development programs, and providing professional follow-up.

The role may suit someone with experience in coaching, education, training, professional development, consulting, leadership, or another people-focused field who is looking for greater flexibility and a different way to apply their existing skills.

You will work independently using established systems and resources while participating in structured training, mentorship, and ongoing personal and professional development.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Experience in coaching, education, professional development, training, leadership, consulting, or a related people-focused field

• Ability to conduct thoughtful one-to-one conversations

• Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes
