We’re expanding in online personal development and leadership education and seeking experienced professionals with strengths in communication, relationship building and business development.

This remote, independent role involves marketing digital education programs, connecting with interested people and guiding them through a structured information process.

The role is performance-based, with earnings coming from product sales. It suits someone comfortable taking initiative, managing their own activities and building results through consistent effort. Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments.

What you’ll do:

• Implement online marketing strategies to generate enquiries.
• Conduct initial conversations to assess interest and alignment.
• Guide suitable prospects through an established information and follow-up process.
• Maintain accurate records and organise ongoing communication.
• Participate in online training and leadership development.
• Build your knowledge of the products, systems and sales process.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience, with transferable skills from business development, sales, marketing, management, recruitment or client relations.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• A self-directed approach and willingness to learn and apply established processes.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Confidence using everyday online tools, email and video calls.
• Capacity to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.
• Currently based in the United States.

Applicants must be comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure where earnings depend on product sales rather than fixed employment remuneration.

This role is suited to experienced professionals and is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
