Step into a highly meaningful role where your calming presence and specialized experience will make all the difference! Dream Nannies is currently matching an exceptional family in Coral Gables, Florida, with a highly engaging full-time nanny. Working a Wednesday through Sunday schedule from 3 PM to 11 PM, you will provide hands-on, attentive care for a sweet, nonverbal 5-year-old on the autism spectrum. This unique position is perfect for a dependable professional with at least two to three years of experience who excels at building structured routines, anticipating transitions, and guiding children with gentle, confident support.

He communicates in his own unique ways and thrives with gentle guidance, clear communication, and anticipatory support. The family is looking for someone who can create a fun, interactive environment through play, books, crafts, sensory activities, outdoor walks, and therapist-recommended exercises while limiting screen time. A nanny who is calm, observant, and able to anticipate transitions, redirect when needed, and help support emotional regulation will be the best fit.

In addition to childcare, responsibilities include assisting with potty routines, bath and bedtime routines as needed, and children's laundry (with the option to assist with family laundry). You will also help keep the home running smoothly by unloading the dishwasher, tidying play areas, taking out diaper pails, stocking children's supplies, and keeping parents informed when household essentials are running low. The family is looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly dependable, and genuinely enjoys building long-term relationships. A non-smoker is required, and candidates should be comfortable following the family's household preferences, including maintaining excellent hygiene practices and preparing meals that align with their dietary preferences.
