Nanny Manager for 2 Toddlers in Sandy Springs

Dream Nannies is seeking a kind-hearted, initiative-driven Nanny Manager for a welcoming family in Sandy Springs. Caring for two bright and playful toddlers, this role is perfect for a nurturing caregiver who excels at balancing hands-on childcare with essential household management. With a core schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the family is excited to offer $25 - $30 per hour and is happily willing to offer additional hours for the perfect fit!

The children are energetic and fun-loving, with one being more outgoing and the other more reserved. The ideal candidate is active, patient, and enjoys encouraging children through play, books, learning activities, arts and crafts, music, and outdoor time. The family highly values minimal screen time, positive communication, consistent structure, and gentle redirection.

In addition to providing top-tier childcare, you will seamlessly manage household support to keep the home running beautifully. Responsibilities include school or activity transportation as needed, managing the children’s laundry and linens, tidying bedrooms and play areas, vacuuming, doing the dishes, and handling meal prep. You will also pack and unpack school bags and lunches, organize children’s belongings, empty diaper pails, and occasionally tackle errands or fun organization projects. The family is looking for someone clean, detail-oriented, respectful, and genuinely invested in their family's well-being.
