Umbrella Rate: £29.28 per hour umbrella

Summary

• We are seeking a competent and versatile Carpenter to carry out a wide range of joinery and repair works to a high standard. You will repair timber and UPVC windows/doors, submit accurate joinery request orders, and complete associated multi-trade tasks across occupied and unoccupied properties.
  

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all aspects of timber doors, frames, and windows, including UPVC windows and doors.
  
• Measure and provide detailed joinery submission orders to ensure replacement joinery is made correctly.
  
• Carry out associated multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, and minor making-good works.
  
• Ensure all work is completed to an acceptable and professional standard.
  
• Work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail across occupied and unoccupied properties.
  

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry and joinery.
  
• Ability to confidently diagnose issues and carry out effective repairs.
  

Qualifications

• Strong measuring, problem-solving, and finishing skills.
  
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  

Additional Information

• Working hours: 36 hours per week.
  
• Full Driving licence required.
  
• We work on biweekly payment schedule.
  
• This is an onsite role based in Camden.
