Umbrella Rate: £27.33 per hour umbrella

Summary

• We are seeking a Multi-Skill Plumber to carry out plumbing and associated multi-trade repairs, maintenance, renewals, and installations across Camden’s housing stock and other Council properties. You will ensure works are completed to a high standard, in line with current regulations, and delivered Right First Time.
  

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs including pipework, drainage, and sanitary installations.
  
• Undertake multi-trade tasks such as carpentry, tiling, and making good works.
  
• Deliver reactive, planned, and void repairs.
  
• Diagnose faults and identify cost-effective solutions.
  
• Provide high standards of customer service in residents’ homes.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
• Complete job records and manage materials using mobile systems.
  

Experience

• Experience in housing repairs or maintenance.
  
• Demonstrable multi-trade capability.
  
• Strong fault-finding ability.
  

Qualifications

• Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  
• Good customer communication skills.
  

Additional Information

• Working hours: 36 hours per week.
  
• A valid driver's license is essential.
  
• We work on a biweekly payment schedule.
  
• This is an Onsite role based in Camden.
