Plant/Operations Supervisor

• Plan daily work and allocate tasks to operators and support staff.
• Monitor equipment readings, work quality and completion of routine activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams when issues arise.
• Maintain operating logs and shift handovers, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Science, or relevant operations experience.
• Experience coordinating operators or supervising an operating site.
• Good record keeping, team communication and practical problem-solving skills.
