Civil Maintenance Supervisor

• Inspect buildings, floors, drains and other civil assets for repair needs.
• Plan routine repairs and coordinate workers, contractors and materials.
• Check measurements, work quality and completion against approved instructions.
• Maintain repair records and report structural or safety concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant civil maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of repairs, measurements and reading basic drawings.
• Ability to coordinate workers and monitor quality and safe working practices.
