Working closely with senior architects and project leaders, you'll gain exposure from concept design through to documentation, approvals and construction, while contributing to projects that genuinely shape communities and built environments.

The Opportunity

This position is suited to an Architectural Graduate with several years of industry experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll work across a diverse range of projects, contribute to design and documentation outcomes, coordinate with consultants, and become an integral part of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of projects from concept design through to construction.
  
• Prepare architectural documentation, detailing and presentation material.
  
• Produce detailed documentation using Revit.
  
• Support design development, material selections and project detailing.
  
• Coordinate with consultants and incorporate consultant information into project documentation.
  
• Assist with Development Applications, Building Approval documentation and statutory submissions.
  
• Participate in site inspections and construction-phase services.
  
• Collaborate with project leaders to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Contribute to design reviews, project meetings and internal coordination.
  
• Assist with project planning, consultant management and programme coordination.
  
• Take ownership of project packages and responsibilities as your experience continues to grow.
  

About You

You'll be a motivated and technically capable Architectural Graduate who enjoys working collaboratively and producing quality outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• 5-10 years of architectural industry experience.
  
• A recognised qualification in Architecture.
  
• Strong Revit proficiency and documentation experience.
  
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
  
• A solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards and approval processes.
  
• Experience across multiple project stages and consultant coordination.
  
• Strong construction detailing knowledge.
  
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• A proactive approach and desire for ongoing professional development.
  

Experience across residential, multi-residential, commercial or mixed-use projects will be highly regarded.
