Stone Sales Rep

Better Stone is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Gold Coast, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships whilst driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As Stone Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our key accounts, responsible for understanding their needs, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring they receive exceptional service. Looking after all our colours, topping up clients with samples and brochures and finding about about new and exciting projects in stone.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in account management, sales or relationship management within a B2B environment
   

2. Strong track record of successfully managing multiple accounts and exceeding sales targets
   

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
   

4. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose effective solutions that drive business value
   

5. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
   

6. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
   

7. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations and find practical solutions
   

8. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
   

9. Professional presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
   

10. Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients as required
    

11. Preferred: Experience in the stone, construction, manufacturing or related industry sectors
