Industry: HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Solar & Renewable Energy – Import, Distribution & Project Sales

Position Summary: Responsible for overall operational leadership, execution and performance management erations. Drives business growth, profitability, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies; drive revenue growth and profitability
• Ensure smooth, efficient functioning of all departments
• Lead department heads; monitor target achievement and performance culture
• Financial planning, budgeting, working capital and cost control
• Manpower planning, recruitment, HR policies and employee development
• Sales strategy, dealer network growth and customer satisfaction
• Import/procurement, supplier management and landed cost control
• Logistics, distribution efficiency and warehouse/inventory control
• ERP/IT systems utilization, automation and data security
• Branch performance, service standards and policy compliance
• Risk management, internal controls, SOP implementation and audit coordination

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA / CA / ACCA / ACMA / Engineering or equivalent
• 15+ years progressive management experience
• 5+ years senior leadership experience
• Import, distribution, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing or Solar industry experience preferred
