Butler / Barman

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and experienced Butler / Barman for a luxury safari villa in Thornybush, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalised guest service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring an exceptional luxury hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised and attentive service to guests throughout their stay.
  

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wines and other beverages to a high standard.
  

• Assist with food and beverage service when required.
  

• Maintain the bar area, service stations and guest areas to impeccable standards.
  

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled efficiently.
  

• Assist with setting up and serving meals and private dining experiences.
  

• Maintain stock control and ensure responsible handling of beverages.
  

• Work closely with the lodge team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Butler, Barman or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
  

• Experience within a luxury safari lodge, villa or boutique hotel is advantageous.
  

• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
  

• Good knowledge of cocktails, wines and beverage service.
  

• A professional, well-presented and service-driven approach.
  

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
  

• A valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
  

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
Location: Thornybush, Mpumalanga.
