Production Team Members

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Team Members to support daily operations in a fast-paced food production environment. The role involves food preparation, assembly, packaging, and maintaining high standards of quality, sanitation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, portion, weigh, and package food products according to specifications.
  
• Prepare ingredients and materials for daily production.
  
• Pack, seal, label, and organize finished products.
  
• Check product quality, quantities, labels, and packaging for accuracy.
  
• Replenish ingredients and packaging materials during production.
  
• Move carts, racks, bins, and other production materials safely.
  
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
  
• Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, allergen, and sanitation procedures.
  
• Meet daily production and quality targets.
  
• Assist in different production areas as required.
  
• Perform other production duties assigned by the supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Previous food production, manufacturing, packaging, or general labour experience preferred.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and temperature-controlled environment.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  
• Strong attention to quality, hygiene, and food safety.
  
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  
• Must follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
