Content Creator

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to create engaging short-form videos, develop original content ideas, appear on camera, conduct interviews, and manage video production across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The role involves shooting, editing, trend research, and transforming business information into simple, engaging content while maintaining the brand’s voice.

Job Responsibilities

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop original hooks, scripts, and storylines independently.
• Appear on camera as a host/presenter for brand, product, and B2B content.
• Conduct interviews with entrepreneurs, business owners, and company representatives.
• Travel to branches, stores, offices, and events for video shoots.
• Shoot and edit videos using CapCut or other video editing tools, including cuts, transitions, subtitles, sound, and pacing.
• Transform business and technical information into simple, relatable, and engaging content.
• Monitor social media trends and pitch new content formats and creative ideas.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and communication standards across platforms.

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating Reels, TikToks, and other short-form promotional videos.
• Fluent in Nepali and English with clear and confident on-camera communication skills.
• Strong scriptwriting skills, including hooks, dialogue, storytelling, and creative content development.
• Proficiency in video editing tools, including vertical formats, subtitles, transitions, and sound design.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, including in unscripted and interview settings.
• Comfortable creating B2B content and communicating professionally with businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporate partners.
• Willing and able to travel for shoots, including outdoor and on-location assignments.
