Client Relation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage client inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Provide timely shipment and service updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and Accounts.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Handle multiple priorities and urgent client requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution and proper follow-up.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in management, Business, or relevant field.
• 1-2yrs Experience in client relations/customer service/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, responsive, and responsible attitude.
