What You'll Do:

⚖️ Provide legal counsel on estate planning, trusts, and probate matters

📝 Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other related documents

🤝 Advise clients on tax implications and asset protection strategies

🔍 Administer estates and trusts from inception through final distribution

📑 Represent clients in court proceedings as needed

💬 Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 8 years of trust & estates law experience

✅ Strong knowledge of federal and state laws governing trusts and estates

✅ Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently

✅ Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

✅ Juris Doctor (JD) degree; active bar membership in good standing
