What You'll Do:

📝 Manage complex medical malpractice litigation cases from inception through resolution

🤝 Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

🔎 Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

👨‍⚕️ Collaborate with medical experts to evaluate claims and defenses

📑 Advise clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy

📈 Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as needed

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 8 years of relevant medical malpractice defense litigation experience

✅ Strong knowledge of healthcare law and courtroom procedures

✅ Exceptional analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills

✅ Ability to manage multiple high-stakes cases efficiently

✅ Demonstrated leadership abilities within a legal team environment

✅ Active license to practice law in the United States (NH Bar preferred)
