Leadership & Client Development Consultant

Are you an experienced professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships and developing your own leadership skills?

We’re expanding within the personal development and leadership education sector and are connecting with self-directed professionals looking for a more flexible way to work.

This independent remote role combines client development, communication, leadership and business development within an established global business.

You’ll use digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries, connect with individuals interested in leadership and personal development programs, follow a structured communication process and manage your own day-to-day activity.

This is a performance-based position. Full training, established systems and ongoing professional development are provided.

Many people begin alongside existing commitments, with around 15–20 hours per week.
