About the Role

Rauf Production is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, and digital trends.
You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning content, managing social media platforms, engaging with audiences, and analyzing performance to increase brand awareness and online growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Plan, publish, and optimize engaging social media content.
• Write creative captions, hooks, and calls-to-action.
• Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience engagement.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content formats.
• Track social media metrics including reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the production and creative teams on content ideas.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
• Help strengthen the company's brand identity and online presence.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and strong content ideation skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
