Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions and respond appropriately.
• Analyze social media metrics and develop reports to track performance and measure success using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite Insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and brand promotions.
• Identify and engage with industry influencers to boost the brand's reputation.
• Develop community initiatives to engage with online audiences and build strong brand presence.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role, ideally with 1–2 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• Relevant certifications in social media management or digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience in running paid social advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
