HR Operations Executive

Role Over View:

Support end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, compliance,

payroll coordination, HRIS maintenance, recruitment support and employee engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and benefits.
• Support recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Handle employee queries and HR letters.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Support audits and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Labor law and HR compliance knowledge.
• Payroll and HRIS experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• MS Excel proficiency.
• Confidentiality and problem-solving skills.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. MBA HR preferred.
