Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry for a 13-week travel assignment in Claremont, NH.
Contract Details
- Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12HR Nights 7a-7:30p - 36hrs/week; This is for both day and night shifts
- Start Date: 10/19/2026
- Contract: 13 Weeks
- Location: Claremont, NH
- Hourly Pay: $ 30.70
- Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
- Weekly Total Pay: $ 2074.90
- Weekend Requirements: EOW
- Traveler Policy: Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of facility
- Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color
- Patient Population: Newborn - Geriatric
- RN/Patient Ratio: 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity PCU patients would be 3:1 or 4:1.
** Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Key Responsibilities:
- Using electrocardiogram (EKG) machines to continuously track heart performance
- Analyzing EKG results to establish baselines and spot abnormalities
- Recording EKG results to keep patient information accurate
- Overseeing stress tests to assess patients’ heart function
- Delivering emergency medical care when patients suffer heart attacks or other life-threatening problems
- Overseeing and coordinating the activities of telemetry technicians and other staff in their units
- Administering medications and other treatments ordered by physicians
- Educating patients on lifestyle changes and ongoing treatments prior to discharge from the hospital
Compensation:
- Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
- Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum 3+ years PCU, Med /Surg, Tele experience
- This is an MS, TELE and PCU NEED. TRAVELERS UPLOADED TO THIS NEED MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH EACH SPECIALTY.
- This is a very small unit/facility, rural experience is preferred. Must be able to work independently/Hit the ground running!
- Tele experience is required; Basic dysrhythmia test is required
- Previous travel and Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
- Perm address must be included in profile
- Experience in the Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required.
- Must have Active American Heart Association ACLS certification
- Must possess New Hampshire RN License or Compact Allowed
- Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification during employment
- Effective team skills including interaction, support, and respect are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
- Able to adapt to stressful situations quickly and effectively
- Ability to learn and apply basic computer skills including locating and opening documents, completing forms, opening and sending e-mail messages.
