3-Year Training Contract | Commencing February 2027
Are you an ambitious accounting graduate looking to launch your career in a dynamic professional services environment?
We are currently seeking SAICA Article Clerks / Trainee Accountants to join a professional and supportive audit team for a 3-year training contract commencing February 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience, develop your technical skills and work towards your qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and management accounts.
- Perform audit procedures and document audit findings in accordance with relevant standards.
- Assist with tax compliance, including income tax, VAT and other statutory submissions.
- Develop your knowledge of accounting, auditing, taxation and business advisory.
- Build professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Apply professional judgement, ethical conduct and attention to detail.
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional services environment.
- Participate in structured training, coaching and mentorship programs.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Progress towards achieving your SAICA training competencies and qualifying as a CA(SA).
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- A completed or current SAICA-accredited degree in Accounting, Accounting Sciences or Chartered Accountancy.
- Eligibility to register for, or currently registered for, a CTA, Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent SAICA-accredited postgraduate qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous.

- Market-related remuneration based on qualifications and academic performance.
