CNC Machine Operator - Thermoforming Molds (Kuwait)

Job Summary:
The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to manufacture components according to production drawings and quality specifications. The role ensures safe machine operation, product quality, and efficient production while maintaining equipment and a clean work area.

Working hours: 8 hours a day/6days a week
Sat – Wed : 8am – 4pm
Thurs : 8am – 2pm

Location: Kuwait (South Subhan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and housekeeping standards.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is an advantage.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts.
