Inform every one of the opening and closing of such incidences, and follow up.- Send a report every hour with the necessary explanations.- Activate contingency plan if necessary.- Analyze and provide tactical and strategical action plans to improve the department KPIs REQUIRED PROFILE - Force and traffic controller experience required at least one year- Back-office department operations experience.- Good organization and global vision.- Flexibility- Autonomy.- High responsibility- Teamwork- Good communication skills- Leadership skills- Stress tolerance- Proactivity- Analytical skills
