Position Overview

As a Sales Professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our office. You'll guide clients through the entire sales process—from understanding their needs and presenting solutions to closing sales and building long-term relationships.

Success in this role comes from excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Build strong relationships by understanding each customer's needs and goals.

• Educate customers on available insurance products and services.

• Present personalized solutions that best fit the customer's needs.

• Guide customers through the entire sales process from consultation to closing.

• Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and professionalism.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide outstanding customer service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office goals.

• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus commission.
