Site Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh.

Job Summary:

The Site Engineer supports the execution of day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. The role assists in coordinating site operations, monitoring progress, and supporting project teams to achieve quality and schedule objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out according to project plans and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and report any issues or delays to the Senior Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Support site inspections and ensure work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site resources to support construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day site issues and support timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction, site engineering, or project execution. Fresh graduates with internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Compensation Decisions:

Salary: SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month
