Site Supervisor

On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh.

Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor supports the supervision of daily façade installation activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the supervision of daily façade installation activities according to approved drawings and procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and materials.
• Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure activities are completed as planned.
• Check that façade components are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.
• Support HSE and quality requirements, including safety checks and identification of site issues.
• Report technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
• Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in construction or site-related work.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site activities.
• Basic knowledge of HSE and quality requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on-site and learn façade installation and construction practices.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel.

Compensation Decisions:

Salary: SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month
