What You'll Do:

📝 Assist with recruitment processes and candidate screening

📋 Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

🔎 Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

👥 Help manage employee relations and respond to inquiries

📆 Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events

💡 Contribute to process improvements within the HR department
