What We're Looking For:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Assist with underwriting tasks by reviewing applications, verifying information and documents, and ensuring requirements are complete and accurate.
• Prioritize and route customer inquiries to the appropriate department or team member, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Regularly update customer profiles and track interactions.
• Manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality and attention to detail.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer information across various systems, including CRM and other internal databases.
• Clearly and effectively communicate with customers and internal teams, resolving issues or escalating concerns as necessary.
