QAQC Inspector

• Perform inspections of civil and infrastructure works (roads, drainage, foul sewer, utilities, concrete, and roadworks).
  

• Prepare Inspection Notification Requests (INRs) for client/consultant approval.
  

• Verify works against approved shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs.
  

• Monitor material sampling, laboratory testing, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  

• Maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.
  

• Identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up until closure.
  

• Liaise with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
  

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and client requirements.
  

• Enforce QHSE standards during inspection activities.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  

• Minimum 5 years’ QA/QC inspection experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO).
  

Certifications (Preferred)

• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  

• Concrete & Materials Testing Certification.
  

• Valid Qatar government project approvals.
