Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance to customers and help them navigate available products, services, and resources. This role focuses on listening to customer needs, providing clear information, and helping customers understand the options available to them.

The Customer Service Advisor will work directly with customers while developing a strong understanding of company offerings and service processes. This position is well suited for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys helping people, and takes a thoughtful approach to customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to understand their questions and individual needs
  
• Provide clear information about company products, services, programs, and current offerings
  
• Help customers understand available options and determine appropriate next steps
  
• Explain product features, service details, and company processes clearly and accurately
  
• Answer routine questions and provide knowledgeable guidance
  
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify appropriate resources or solutions
  
• Assist with routine service needs and coordinate additional support when necessary
  
• Maintain a professional and helpful approach throughout each customer interaction
  
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services
  
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding questions or requests
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information
  
• Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring questions or needs to the team
  
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  
• Collaborate with internal teams when additional information or assistance is required
  
• Follow established service standards and communication procedures
  
• Support additional customer service programs and initiatives as needed
  

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
Strong listening and problem-solving skills
Comfortable providing information and guidance directly to customers
Ability to understand customer needs and explain available options clearly
Professional, dependable, and responsive
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
Comfortable learning detailed product, service, and process information
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, client services, hospitality, account support, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
