Our client Vin Sol is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Lahore.

Vinsol is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join its Claim Management Department. The role involves supporting clients who have been involved in non-fault car accidents and assisting them throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone and email to collect information and required documents.
• Provide claim updates and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems.
• Manage multiple claims while ensuring professionalism, attention to detail, and timely follow-ups.
