Social Media Marketing Specialist - Yadea Pakistan

Our client Yadea Pakistan is hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Lahore.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of overseas social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other international social media platforms. Responsibilities include content creation, shooting, editing, account maintenance, and audience interaction.
• Plan and execute activities on overseas social media platforms to increase followers, enhance audience engagement, and establish a strong external brand image.
• Monitor industry developments and trending topics, demonstrate strong awareness of emerging trends, and create engaging content by leveraging relevant real-time topics.
• Plan social media marketing campaigns, collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and other social media influencers, and develop and maintain relationships with overseas media, influencers, and advertising partners to increase account exposure and audience interaction.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and emerging platforms within the industry.
• Monitor social media account performance, conduct regular data reviews, and optimize content strategies. Research competitors and identify industry trends in overseas markets.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing material coordination, campaign execution, and other market-related activities.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Chinese language proficiency will be preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in overseas social media operations, with strong communication skills and an understanding of promotional techniques and operational rules for international social media platforms.
• Candidates with knowledge of photography and videography, familiarity with design software, and short-form video editing skills will be preferred.
• Strong written communication, data analysis, marketing, promotional, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to identify industry developments and audience needs and communicate effectively through text, images, and videos.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, a high sense of responsibility, the ability to complete tasks proactively, and the adaptability to integrate quickly into the team.
