We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support our team during a key engagement for our partner, a European organization. This role is built for someone who values clear communication and wants to see how management consulting works behind the scenes. You will work alongside our advisors to ensure that projects stay on track and that every meeting produces a clear, useful record.
About the role
This internship is designed to give you a front row seat to our advisory practice. At Olive Tree Consulting, we focus on the mechanics of how leadership teams function. We need someone to help us manage the flow of information and keep our internal rhythms consistent. This is a fully remote position where your primary goal is to remove friction from the project cycle, making it easier for our advisors and the client to stay aligned on what happens next. You will be responsible for keeping the administrative and organizational side of our projects running smoothly so that the team can focus on solving client problems.
What you will do
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from your own environment while remaining closely connected to the team. We provide a professional setting that avoids corporate jargon and focuses on solving real-world management problems. You will receive direct mentorship from experienced advisors who value practical, clear-headed work. This is a paid internship, and the pay is competitive for the role and the current market. You will have the chance to learn a specific, useful way of looking at management that emphasizes habits and structures over abstract theory.
About Olive Tree Consulting
Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We typically work on the space between strategy and daily execution. A team can have very capable people and still find that decisions keep reopening, priorities stall, or responsibility remains unclear. These are rarely personality problems: they are structural habits that have not kept up with the company growth.
We favor practical changes over large-scale transformation programs. Our work involves looking at how decisions are made, how meetings are run, and how ownership is recorded. We prefer useful written notes and clear ownership over polished presentations and vague alignment. Good advisory work should make things plainer and leave the team with a rhythm they can continue on their own.
The firm is built on the principle that memory is not a management system. We help teams create the smallest possible written record to support their work so that important follow-up does not depend on who was in the room or who has the best memory. The goal is a quieter management pattern that makes the existing work easier to lead.

- A natural organizer who enjoys putting things in order and keeping them that way.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex discussions into simple, readable notes.
- A calm approach to work, even when you are managing several different tasks at once.
- Reliability in a remote setting, showing up on time and staying responsive throughout the day.
- Curiosity about how businesses are run and why some teams struggle to finish what they start.
- A high standard for accuracy, specifically when it comes to names, dates, and recorded decisions.
- Willingness to learn new methods of organizing information without relying on complex software.
- Familiarity with common document tools like Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or basic spreadsheet software.
- Previous experience in a role that required clear writing, whether through university projects, clubs, or part-time work.
- An interest in management, business operations, or project coordination as a career path.
- Comfort working in a digital environment where most communication happens via text and video calls.
- Experience managing a personal or group calendar to coordinate events or meetings.
