You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality while supporting the commercial success of the restaurant, including private events and functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient serviceLead, train, and motivate the front-of-house teamPromote sale s through menu knowledge, upselling and beverage pairingManage reservations, table allocation, and service flowHandle guest feedback and resolve issues professionallyCoordinate and oversee private events, functions, and special occasionsEnsure compliance with hygiene, safety, and allergen regulationsMonitor financial performance, staffing levels, and operational costsWork closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
