About the role:You will be the restaurant’s expert on wine while ensuring five-star service to our patrons.We are seeking a thorough professional who is adept at new wine trends and makes recommendations with confidence and passion.As a Senior Sommelier, you will delight our guests by helping them choose the best wine to complete meal experiences.Develop and mentor Sommeliers and front-of-house colleagues.Drive beverage revenue through strategic recommendations and upselling.You will be responsible for creating and updating the wine list in coordination with the F&B Manager, as well as ensuring all beverages are stored securely.You will share your knowledge through informative training of the outlet team members and management.
