Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, coordinate with distributors and customers, manage orders, and ensure seamless sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and customers

✔ Process sales orders and ensure timely execution

✔ Track order status, deliveries, and customer requirements

✔ Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports

✔ Maintain CRM, sales MIS, and customer databases

✔ Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams

✔ Handle customer enquiries and provide prompt support

✔ Monitor sales targets and support business development activities
