HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage core HR operations and support the organisation across recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, HR policies, statutory compliance and employee relations.

The role is suitable for an HR professional with strong experience in end-to-end HR management and people development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across different functions.
  
• Plan manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.
  
• Handle employee induction, joining formalities and onboarding processes.
  
• Design and coordinate training and development programmes.
  
• Develop and implement employee engagement and employee wellbeing initiatives.
  
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
  
• Develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
  
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and applicable statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain HR documentation and support ISO audit readiness.
  
• Prepare HR reports, MIS and management updates.
  
• Identify HR process gaps and implement improvements.
  
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR requirements.
  
• Support HR software/HRMS implementation and process improvements.
  
• Contribute to building a positive and productive workplace culture.

Strong HR Generalist / HR Operations knowledge.
End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
Employee onboarding and induction.
Training & Development.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing.
Employee Relations and grievance handling.
HR Policy Development & Implementation.
Performance Management.
PF & ESI Statutory Compliance.
ISO documentation and audit coordination.
HR MIS and reporting.
Strong communication, counselling and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

• 8–15+ years of experience in HR.
  
• Experience in Export / Manufacturing / Textile / Engineering industry preferred.
  
• Experience handling multi-level recruitment, employee engagement, training and HR compliance.
  
• Candidates with exposure to ISO audits and HR process improvement will be preferred.
