Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the seed industry.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Hire & Develop strong Sales Team.
  
• Lead and oversee Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations teams.
  
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  
• Drive sales growth and market expansion across assigned territories.
  
• Ensure efficient seed production planning, processing, quality, and inventory management.
  
• Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and vendor relationships.
  
• Monitor budgets, cost control, and profitability across departments.
  
• Coordinate with senior management on business planning and performance reviews.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.
  
• Identify business opportunities and implement process improvements for operational efficiency.
  

Required Qualifications

• B.sc/MBA in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Seed Industry.
  
• Proven experience in managing Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and overall business operations.
