Job Summary:

As a Pharmaceutical Product Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing expert knowledge about pharmaceutical products, and supporting healthcare professionals in making informed decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with sales teams, conducting product presentations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to promote pharmaceutical products.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver product presentations and training to healthcare teams and sales staff.
• Keep updated with the latest scientific research and market trends related to pharmaceutical products.
• Assist in developing educational materials and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor and report on product performance and market competition.
• Provide technical expertise for product inquiries and clinical demonstrations.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Professional certification in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
