COO

We are seeking an experienced, highly strategic, and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide operational leadership across a growing portfolio of businesses spanning Recruitment & Staffing and Travel Services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive professional experience as a COO, Operations Director, General Manager, or similar senior leadership position.
• Demonstrable experience managing people, processes, and multiple business functions, while improving operational efficiency, revenue, and business performance.
• Strong experience in building strategy, execution and business development.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong financial and commercial understanding

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement systems, processes and structures that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Translate the Founder’s strategic vision into clear operational plans and measurable actions.
• Monitor performance across business units and ensure targets are achieved.
• Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Establish accountability across teams and ensure responsibilities are clearly defined.
• Ensure that business activities are executed to the required standard and within agreed timelines.
