Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Role Overview

A Retail Store is seeking a results-driven Social Media & Digital Growth Officer to take full ownership of our digital presence, build an engaged online community, and directly generate sales through creative, commercial social media management.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will turn organic reach and targeted campaigns into active customer inquiries and revenue for our consumer electronics products.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven social media and digital growth strategies tailored to consumer electronics, laptops, and mobile devices.
  
  
• Content Creation: Produce engaging, conversion-focused content (videos, graphics, copy) with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok, alongside secondary management of Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  
  
• Community Management: Proactively engage with our online audience by managing pages, comments, and direct messages promptly and professionally to convert inquiries into sales.
  
  
• Sales & Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and initiatives designed to drive brand visibility, generate quality leads, and boost sales.
  
  
• Performance Analysis: Monitor platform metrics, track campaign performance, and deliver sales lead reports directly to the CEO while optimizing strategies based on data insights.
  
  
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and digital marketing best practices in tech retail.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of HND (Open to candidates with strong experience regardless of formal degree).
  
  
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing social media accounts or digital marketing campaigns.
  
  
• Skills: Strong content creation, copywriting, storytelling, and audience engagement capabilities.
  
  
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok (essential), as well as Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Experience running digital advertising campaigns is an advantage.
  
  
• Industry Focus: Open to candidates from any industry background (prior tech or consumer electronics experience is a plus).
  
  
• Mindset: Highly proactive, self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented with a strong commercial focus.
