Event Staff

K&R Staffing HR Consulting is seeking dependable and professional Event Staff for temporary assignments. Opportunities are offered on an event-by-event basis, and assignments may range from a single shift to multiple days depending on the length and needs of the event.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, temporary work. Event type, location, schedule, and duties will vary by assignment.

Event Staff Positions May Include:

General Responsibilities:

• Assist with assigned duties before, during, and/or after events
  
• Provide professional and courteous service to guests
  
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, tables, chairs, equipment, or supplies as assigned
  
• Serve food and beverages when assigned to banquet or hospitality positions
  
• Assist with crowd flow and event operations when assigned
  
• Follow instructions from event supervisors and venue management
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  
• Work cooperatively with other event staff to keep operations running smoothly

• Must be dependable and arrive on time and ready to work
  
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced and crowded environments
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
  
• Must have reliable transportation to assigned event locations
  
• Must be available for varying schedules, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
• Some assignments may require lifting, carrying, bending, or assisting with physical setup and breakdown
  
• Bartending or other specialized assignments may have additional requirements
  

Required Attire:

Event staff must arrive in ALL BLACK unless otherwise instructed for a specific assignment:

• Black shirt
  
• Black pants
  
• Black shoes
  

Clothing and shoes should be clean, neat, and professional in appearance.
