Finanace Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, manage budgets, monitor cash flow and support strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain sound financial controls and help the company achieve its financial objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial management experience and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with leadership and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and financial performance analyses.
• Monitor income, expenses, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Develop budgets and financial projections to support business planning.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements and company policies.
• Reconcile financial accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, financial controls and operational performance.
• Coordinate payroll-related financial reporting and expense management.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation and financial documentation.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
• Collaborate remotely with accounting, operations, HR and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and other office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Reliable internet access and a suitable remote-work environment.
