Performance Marketer MidLevel - MAR Group of Companies

Our client MAR Group of Companies is hiring a Performance Marketer MidLevel in Lahore.

SpixHost (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer Mid-Level with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in performance marketing, social media management, digital advertising, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital marketing and social media activities across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to increase leads, sales, engagement, and brand awareness
• Schedule, publish, and optimize social media content across multiple platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze results using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and platform-specific insights
• Track campaign KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize ROI and overall marketing performance
• Maintain the company’s social media presence and monitor audience engagement and sentiment
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop social media designs, videos, promotional content, and copy
• Conduct competitor research and monitor digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities
• Monitor online reputation, customer feedback, and brand performance across digital channels
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate key insights to the marketing team

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and WooCommerce
• Good understanding of performance marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Experience with social media content creation, copywriting, and campaign management
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret campaign data and implement performance improvements
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the marketing team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in Performance Marketing
• Digital Marketing certifications will be considered an advantage
